Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

When I create a promotional modifer buy1 get1 free with

pricing phase = Modifiers for BOOK Event .

It works fine when I press book order in order manegement.

But problem is when I add the same item again into the sales order on free product is added again. I havent found any soultion , have tried many.

any idea how to do this?
