PO STATUS AND CHANGES

Hello,

I am on PS Financials 9.0 through Bundle 35 and PTools 8.52.13.  What is the best way to see information on when a PO is closed or cancelled - namely the oprid and date?  There is no information on the document status link.  There is a PO that appears to have been closed in November, but still shows on the Open PO Report (Purchase Order Status/History Detail) in December and January.  For some reason, the batch PO Close job did not close it until February and when we query PO_DISPATCHED table we see activity by one of our buyers in
