Asset Transfer

We ran the Asset Transfer pgm (R12108) and the transfer is working but the costs are not transferring. The report contains 2 errors: 'No Transactions (F0911) Created' and 'Batch Header Record Deleted'.

I was just told that the Fixed Assets have not been rolled over yet, could that be the cause of this issue?

We are at release 9.0, tools 9.1.33
