Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. P4210 and Advanced Pricing: Prevent Order Re-pricing

We just started using Advanced Pricing for our Sales department. We have experienced an issue where an order is being re-priced when it shouldn't be.

Our JDE System is as follows:

Enterprise Server: Oracle Linux 6, JDE E9.1.3
DataBase: Oracle Linux 6, Oracle 11G
Application Server: Oracle Linux 6, WebLogic 11G

Detail of the issue:

We created a Sales Order on 2/1/2014 with multiple line items
At the time the order was created, all pricing came in correctly
On 2/10/2014, we had a price increase on most products
The Sales Clerk needed to adjust the requested dates on the order after the price Increase on 2/10/2014
