HOW TO REFRESH SEVERAL TRIGGER FROM PRODDTA TO CRPDTA?

Hi,

with sql developer, my way is the following:

1_copy trigger from  proddta (right button , copy all lines)

2_in crpdta, new trigger, press run (and spend processing and turn flag green)

3_how to do so in sqlplus?

but I have 100 trigger from prod to crp, and I doesn't how to do so, automatically? better ?..?
