Does OPS Center provide the same detail as oswatcher?

We are a Solaris/Oracle site and run many Solaris 10 zones on our M9s and T5s. However gathering acturate OS statistics for these zones poses some problems, hence we hope to rollout OPS Center to assist with the gathering of OS metrics as well as fault logging and patching.,  My question is will OPS Center provide the same level of OS statistics as oswatcher, or will need need to run both?
