CSTPACIN.COST_INV_TXN:Error in obtaining the intercompany account from Inventory Workflow

Hi All

Has anyone encountered the subject error while trying to cost receipt for internal requisition. There is not much information other than that generic message. We are on 12.1.3 and ISO was successfully interfaced but IR receipt is failing to cost with the above message in the log. Any insight would be greatly helpful.
