Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Archiving in EBS

Hi ,

We have EBS 11i having database 9i.

I need to enable archiving, i have some doubts as below

1) for Oracle 9i which parameters to enable log_archive_dest or log_archive_dest_1

2) Which is the default location of archiving in oracle 9i

3) do i need to set parameter log_archive_start

If someone can give answers to my above queries.
