Functionality possible in Projects

Hi folks,

I have a requirement,can we achieve this in Projects or not?Pls let me know:

To be able to check Funds automatically for CAPEX requisitions on Oracle in order to be more efficient, accurate and to process the requisitions on timely manner. In order to achieve this, we must be able to compare issued commitments during the current budgetary year + carry over POs from prior years (whether already received during current year or still open) to the approved budget on a real-time basis for the specified period.

To be able to extract detailed reports including but not limited to “the budget vs. actual received and committed report per department, project…etc.” directly from the system and at any time upon management request, in order to be able to present accurate information on a timely manner. System must be able to deliver information related to commitment per date and receivers per date separately or combined as needed and determined by end user on a real-time basis for the specified period.
