Private DB Link

Hi,

I have a database "RIVER" in which 50 users are exist. Now I would like to create private db link to another database "BRANCHES" for only 5 users (in RIVER).  All these private db links will be using same user (READONLY) in BRANCHES database.

Now whether I have to create 5 different private db links (like LINK_BR1, LINK_BR1, etc) or one link which can be used by only that 5 users.  And How?
