Error while configure Database Target: target {name} is broken: cannot compute dynamic properties in

Hi!

We're using OEM Grid Control 11g to monitor our Database Systems. Everything is fine, until last weekend. 1 database target is unknown state. I checked agent and other Target in host is ok. When I re-configure the Database Target, it run for a long time (about 5 minutes, normal is 30-60s) then failed with error message:

"oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.OperationException: target {EIDB_ic_ei, oracle_database} is broken: cannot compute dynamic properties in time. - target {EIDB_ic_ei, oracle_database} is broken: cannot compute dynamic properties in time."

I've search for solution, and apply some advice from: Note: 946184.1 or increased the "dynamicPropsComputeTimeout_oracle_database" property in the /opt/oracle/app/OracleHomes/agent11g/sysman/config/emd.properties
