Hello,

After fresh clone during patch implementation 9239090, i face the same worker failed WFXLoad.class, I use the option 8,

Now I am facing the issue " bomprg.ltg" and "jg12acp.ltd" failed. kindly recommend. worker log and sceern shot attached.

data collection file= \AppData\Local\Temp\US_bomprg_ldt.log

Uploading from the data file /$APPL_TOP/bom/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/bomprg.ldt

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN

Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/$APPL_TOP/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct(120.2.12010000.2), /$APPL_TOP/bom/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/bomprg.ldt) to staging tables

Dumping LCT file /$APPL_TOP/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct(120.2.12010000.2) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
