is it possible to clone a Oracle RAC node in a new hardware?

We have a Oracle Standard Database 11gR2 configured as RAC. Two nodes in a blade system. Now we need to upgrade the servers (hardware), but we don't have much time to do it. the new servers will have more memory and a faster CPU. Can we clone the actual server on the new one and start using it? Its a Oracle Linux Server, release 5.9.
