Reg Part Requirement

Hi All,

I am trying to do a part requirement order .If we want to raise a part requirement for Today,s Date the new HTML form does not allow  to put the need by date as same day .How can we achieve this ??

When i select the Ship to address  as Customer ,then to raise an Order it asks for the Bill to address of the customer .As part requirement is an Internal Order .Why do we need the Bill to address to raise the Order
