Upgrade From R12.0.6 to R12.1.3 - What are the Patches We Need to Apply

Hello Support,

we would like to Upgrade from R12.0.6 to R12.1.3.

We want to know what are the Patch needs to apply.

Any myoraclesupport document which describes the Process and Patch details which we need need to apply is fine for us.

Also suggest the Details of Patch depending on database version.
