Setting up Enterprise manager as windows service (Oracle EPM 11.1.2.3)

Gurus,

We have followed a process to setup Weblogic server (which is packaged with Oracle EPM 11.1.2.3) as windows service, and it has been working great without any issues.

We have followed the steps as highlighted in: 1060058.1

Post starting the windows service for weblogic server, we are able to access Weblogic Admin Console without any issues which can be accessed at: http://<servername>:7001/console, however we are not able to access the Enterprise Manager using: http://<servername>:7001/em


When we start the Admin server using the options available from the start menu, Enterprise Manager console opens up.
