Anyway to recover a deleted FR report from workspace?

We accidentally deleted a report from Workspace/explore.  If I recall reports are rows within the SQL repository.  We cannot do a full restore of the SQL reports repository as it will override our other adjusted reports.

Anyway to recover just the one deletion?
