Is it possible to have Non-catalogue request from iProc into BWC as "unassigned"

Hi,

We are using iProc for creation of non-catalogue requests. We are using BWC to create Service PO's, but the req's are assigned to buyer.

We do not want to have the req's assigned to any buyer (as we have a procurement office which take care of all req's).

Can anyone tell me where this assignment to buyer is coming from and if it's possible to disable it?

We are currently using approval wf, not AME. We are on R12.1.3.
