How to generate Adhoc Survey in HR Help Desk 9.2
PeopleSoft CRM 9.2/PeopleTools 8.53, within HR HelpDesk we can set-up a Customer Satisfaction Survey. It apparently will send out the Survey on every case. The question is, can the Survey only be done on an ADHOC basis and NOT on every case Closed. if not out of the box, could it be customized ?
