I use the Export template from PLanning 11.1.2.3 to export data but getting an error when running it

Hi,

I was able to create an Export rule using the Export template from Calc Manager for Hyperion PLanning application. I was able to validate the rule from Calc Manager before deploying it. When I attach the rule to a dataform and try to run the export srcipt, I`m getting the fopllowing error:

Error detected while attempting to run job: Extract_Data.

Also saw this from Job Console:

Ascii Backup: Failed to open [C:\Users\alord\Desktop\exportfile.csv].
