LDOM creation hanging on "monitoring OS" step

Hi all,

Currently, I am experiencing an issue with the creation if LDOMS on Solaris 11 server which were created using bare metal provisioning via Ops Center 12c.  Within our lab, the exercise took approximately 20 minutes to complete but several attempts within the production environment using both FLARs and default OS's do not complete.  The LDOM creation process was stopped after over an hour of running.  It appears as though the process is hanging at the stage of "monitoring OS".  Any insight as to where to locate further log information which would be helpful in troubleshooting this error would be appreciated.
