11i to R12 upgrade - question on rapid wiz create upgrade file system

We are upgrading from  11.5.9 9.2.0.6 db to R12.1.3 11.2.0.3 db  on 32bit RHEL4. Single node multi user (applmgr, oracle)

Currently on the first sub-step :  Upgrade 11.5.9 9.2.0.6 db   to R12.1.1 10.2.0.5 db  on 32bit RHEL4.

My question is about the Config parameters in the database node config screen when we run Rapidwiz pre-upgrade to create the file system and 11g Oracle home.  We will then follow the Interop doc to create a 10g oracle Home

Current  RDBMS 9i  ORACLE_HOME  =  /d04/oracle/siddb/9.2.0

Current Apps 8.0.6 ORACLE_HOME =  /d04/oracle/sidora/8.0.6

Current Apps APPL_TOP    = /d04/oracle/sidappl/

The plan is to have the R12 host, db sid and db port the same as the 11i host, db sid and db port.  However we would like the new tech stack to follow the R12 techstack as in  pg 2-2 of  Part No. E12841-04 - Oracle E-Business Suite Concepts Release 12.1.
