uCAD plug-in or other viewer?

Whatever happened to uCAD plug-in?. I try to d/l from the support page and get an error. Also there use to be a viewer that would open any file within Unifier, I don't remember the name of it or if is part of the uCAD plug in.

I used it once over 2 years ago, I can't seem to find any information on it.
