Updating Enterprise Manager 12c to latest version

Background


I am new to using Enterprise Manager 12c, so I am a little unclear on how, exactly, to get everything patched up to the latest version.  I have installed Enterprise Manager cloud control 12.1.0.3, running a repository db of 11.2.0.4.


Immediately after installing Enterprise Manager, I patched the Enterprise Manager Database Management Plugin to 12.1.0.4.2 and patched Weblogic Server to 10.3.6.0.6 .  I am trying to confirm that I have everything in order to get patched up to the most current level, and this is what I have come up with:
