Inquiry about how to enable iProcurement for a category

PO Item Category is default category set under Purchasing. The new category created under this category set has web enabled set as Y. We have some documentation left by previous consultant. The document shows there is iProcurement enabled flag in category form. I would like to know why in our Oracle system, there is no iProcurement enabled flag in category form. If I set Y to dff Web Enabled, does it mean this category and items assigned to the category will be published to iProcurement?
