Custom responsibilities are not showing in Diagnostics of seeded application in EBS 11.5.10.2

E-Business Suite Diagnostic Tools Custom and Localization Enhancement (Patch 7642559) is applied.

Note 745934.1 is followed for required setups.

A custom application is eligible for a test IF the application has the necessary grants to a seeded application as defined in fnd_grants.

Based on the analysis, based on the code, a custom application has to have the proper permissions in place in fnd_grants to be considered as a custom application for a seeded application. And once it is considered a custom application for a seeded application, then it is eligible for the test and its custom responsibilities will appear in the responsibility LOV.
