Is CNC able to cater for this function ?

Hi, pls advice if below scenario can work in CNC ? Currently they can work in this way but don't know how to apply this function into new company (20810) .

Existing company with these 2 IDs namely yeelan and leeyeelan. yeelan ID1 is to control finance users meaning to say whatever period yeelan changes (P0010) , their finance users only able to posting for the period he changes whereas the ID2 is to control non-finance users.  After the period change, finance user would use the period changed by ID1 whereas non finance user would use the period changed by ID2.

Example :

Action : Login with ID1 - yeelan and  changed to Period 1 for company (LMCM) 30910 in P0010..
