Error 1054060

Hello,

In Excel, some of my users would rather connect directly to the Essbase db rather than through Hyperion Planning Fusion. When they do that, we encounter error 1054060 and they connect to the db. However, they're able to if they use Hyperion Planning, which suggests that they are properly provisioned.

The reason why they like to connect directly is because they can pull the product code and alias at the same time.

Has anyone encountered this before? I don't know what to do.
