Deleted Expense report

Hello

How to find out if an expense reprot is deleted? I can see the expense report in AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_HEADERS_ALL with the status as Error but employee cannot find the same in the expense report home page. Workflow status is showing in Error

We are in R12.1.2
