Impact analysis of Payables patches 17176017

Hi All,

we are advised to apply the following RPCs for AP.

17176017

16060007

16009960

16213657

17167654

We would like to have an impact analysis of this patches.

Two ways are mentioned in the read me for applying  patch 17176017.

a. For Federal customers with R12.1.3 : prerequisite 9000001,14491652 and 9527712 are mentioned

b. For non Federal customers with R12.1.3 : prerequisite patches are not mentioned clearly.

In our system we have Federal Financials installed and licensed. But we never use it.

Please let us know :

1> which path we should follow while applying the patch?/ Can we apply this as non Federal customers as we are not using Federal Financials.
