OSM worklist "My ACCEPTED" colouring options not working

Hello All,

I have been asked to upgrade an old version of OSM 6.3.1 221 to a later version which I did. I have found a pretty annoying bug on the worklist both 6.3.1.421 and 6.3.1.415 where the when a user selects from the options menu to colour his "My Accepted" orders all orders in the accepted state are also coloured.

Does any know if there a fix for this or at what version did this start happening ?

any help would be very appricate
