Not able to See the Customer details in webpage of Oracle Receivables

Hi,

We are not able to see the Customer details in Application Level if AR :Show parties with out Accounts is null.And we able to see this Customer from backend and able to generate the sales orders in OM with the using of these Customers.

Can you please Suggest on this for fix the issue.
