That is, does the confirm receipt workflow send notifications for the PO's which are CLOSED as well.

If yes, what is the best way to by pass the program in picking up unwanted PO's.

Ran the above query and found that we have over 20,000 eligible PO's.

Before we switch on this program, we need to do a massive clean up.

What is the easiest way to mark the Purchase orders such that they are not picked up by this program.
