Error while creating AR transation (i.e. Manul Transation)

Hi,

getting an error while creating a AR transaction manually. After providing transation details and soon as we click on Line items button a error pop up displays:-

'APP-AR-294333: Header level rounding is disabled. Please enabled the heador rounding Account.'

We also cheked at System Option setup, there option 'Header Level Rounding' is enabled.

Your quick response would be hightly appreciated...
