How to Disable System Options Edit in RPM 12.0.12

Hi All,

Is anyone aware how to disable the system options edit feature from RPM 12.0.12 using RSM 12.0.4. I tried doing it from RSM but changes are not coming into effect. Apart from system options , anyother feature edit/view access change takes effect immediately. Also tried bouncing RPM ans RSM but no luck.
