Getting ORA-01403: no data found in Package aa Procedure CS_SRCONTACT_PKG.process while using cs_ser

Hello,

I'm using cs_servicerequest_pub.create_servicerequest to programmatically create service requests.  When there is only one contact record passed for the p_contacts parameter, "ORA-01403: no data found in Package aa Procedure CS_SRCONTACT_PKG.process" is thrown.  I found article 1078762.1 on Metalink regarding this, but it refers specifically to iSupport. I checked the file versions mentioned nevertheless, and we are on a higher version than mentioned.  Please let me know if we need a patch for this, or if there is another solution.
