Auto scheduling of concurrent programs after a database and or application server maintenance.

Hi,

We use R12.1.3 of Oracle apps.

Not all the scheduled concurrent programs are automatically getting restarted after maintenance of database or application server. I would like to know how this auto-scheduling works or where this is being controlled.
