RPM 13.2 Left-Side Menu Buttons are Missing

HI,

After login to RPM application, Left-Side Menu Buttons are missing from page (i.e. task pad/System options nothing is visible). This is the first time login after installation, I am using alain.frecon to login.

Work around:
Following installation guide, i check in installation folder and found that data is being inserted by rsmrpm.sql.

Select count(*) from RSM_HIERARCHY_TYPE;--2 record
Select count(*) from rsm_named_permission;--97 records
Select count(*) from RSM_ROLE_NAMED_PERMISSION;--97 records

Looking for expert advice.
