Multiple assignment budget values are getting created for employee automatically and both are active

Hi ,

We are getting on issue from few days where multiple assignment budget values are automatically getting created in system and both are active in system on current date. We have confirmed from out team and as per them no one has created this manually.

We are not able to replicate the issue and not able to find the solution on this.

Could you please help me out.
