Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to Reactivate the terminated Contract in R12?

Hi,

I would like to know how to reactivate the terminated Contract in R12. Does Oracle support this functionality?

When I try to change the status by clicking on Change the status from service Contract screen, its not displaying the different statuses to do that.

I really appreciate any suggestion on this.
