MRP No Messages Generated For Components Of Phantom

Hi Team,

I'm running MRP in E1 9.0 for Phantom items using R3482 following Stock type=0. MRP run generate messages for phantom items, But there are no messages for phantom components.

Has anyone ever faced the same problem? Any suggestion to fix this issue?

I found the bug reported to oracle on this Doc ID 1614035.1
