Need Help to bring users and security records from one setup to second setup ?

Hi,

We have two separate setup one for DV900 and PY900 & one for PD900 means both are having all separate System tables schema.

Now we have created and tested the users and security in first setup DV900 and PY900, Now we want to take over all users and security records from first setup DV900 and PY900 to PD900 setup.

Please suggest How can we achieve this ?
