Oracle Project Management : Updating/Accessing Progress & attaching Documents from iPAD

Hello- We have a requirement where in Field Engineers need to update/access information from work sites using iPads. We are talking of huge volume here and all field engineers may not have access to Oracle.

Is there any way we can expose Team Member home page and other forms to iPAD?. Have anybody worked on similar requirement.

We are thinking of custom integration, i want to explore best way to meet this requirement. We want to use Oracle as much as possible.
