order of database install for 9.1 fat client

Hi.  I am trying to install 9.1 fat client on PC that was just reimaged. We are on TR 9.1.0.4. By mistake, I installed the OEE 11gR2 64 bit database and then OEE client 32 bit.  Now, I cannot install the PY full package.  See log below. Do I have reimage the PC and start all over again? Does the OEE client 32 bit have to be installed before the OEE 11gR2 64 bit database?
