CS Mobile - No contact information is available

When trying to view instructor information in the CS Mobile 3.1 application, the only information returned is "No contact information is available."

Per the setup guide, I have enabled the feature and set the required types under Set Up SACR > Product Related > Campus Mobile > Instrucotr Contact Setup. The appropriate permission lists and service operations have also been configured. All other features are working.

Any ideas?
