Advance Networking Option not showing up in Profile drop down of 11.2.0.1 Net Manager

I have installed oracle 11.1.0.6.0 enterprise Edition db software onto Windows 2003 r2 server and am trying to use Net Manager to configure Advanced Security Option.

Its suppose to show up in the drop down for the profile, but not there.

Any help please?
