AR Statistical History Refresh and Last Statement Date

Hello,

In reading the documentation for program R03B16A it does not indicate anywhere that the Last Statemetn Date (DT1J) is updated by this program however in my testing in EnterpriseOne 9.0 this is what I find happening.  Has anyone else experienced this or is this a setting in our system alone?
