Check fund failed at resource level.

Dear All ,

I have a situation . In one project . Transaction failed fund check at resource level.

But in View funds check results there is less balance and  there is enough Encumbrance budget .

Now there is a need to  figure out the Faulty Transactions. ( i,e. check which of them are paid and still coming as encumbrance).

Can you please help how to find out which transactions are paid but still showing as commitments

.. if anyone has a query or something.
