Is there a document that defines all of the icons present in Oracle VM manager?

I can find most of the meanings in the user guides, but some I cannot.  For example, I had a VM server go down and then came up with the server icon with the green triangle on it, but the triangle had lines through it, and the cluster was reporting down.  Another is under Repositories, all of my repositories are listed, with the cylinder icon but has a small yellow rectangle attached on it.  I'm not saying these always represent problems, I'd just like to know what they mean.  Any assistance welcome.
