AGIS - Can Balancing Segment Values (Divisions) within the same LE create AR and AP invoices?

Scenario:

- Balancing segment values 10 and 20 are assigned to LE1.

- LE1 is assigned to Ledger A

- OU1 is assigned to Ledger A

Question - Can I enter an AGIS transaction for Division 10 to bill Division 20? If yes, can I generate AR and AP invoices using just one OU? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
